		<description>Thanks for the comment Stacey and congrats on diving in - it is an interesting time!  I can&#039;t imagine asking a blogger to edit a review (unless there was something glaringly innacurate, which I haven&#039;t seen with bloggers we work with).  Reviews have to be honest to be credible.

Hang in there - we&#039;ll all be better for it with your and other review blogs!</description>

		<description>I chose an ironic time to launch a review blog as a branch of my main, personal blog!  In the past month since my new blog&#039;s launch, I have been watching all of this unfold with interest and apprehension.  And, honestly, a little bit of frustration.  I&#039;ve seen so many comments aimed at the bloggers who tend to give only positive spins on their reviews, without any mention of WHY bloggers sometimes choose to take the mainly positive route.  The truth is, there are many PR reps and companies who are not fond of &quot;the good, the bad, and the ugly&quot; types of reviews, and a blogger has to fear that they won&#039;t be able to retain those contacts and connections if they write something negative.  I am not saying all PR reps and companies are like this, but there are enough stories of pressure on bloggers to be positive - or to at least omit and/or edit portions of their review - that has at least in part led to this larger discussion about bloggers&#039; credibility.</description>
